No NIRA?

Also, I may have just skipped over it earlier but what turbo are you using?

Just a quick remainder, I will run OS2 volvo pistons with Rsport rods first gen, they require cutting cyl sleeves a little, but could be done. I will use gt3071r and siemens 60 lbs injectors,

Good to see your build still alive, crazy Pole. :D

Did you ask the machine shop if they could acid dip the block for you ? Would have removed all oxidation on it. What paint did you use ?

Looks good, the sedan should fly with that set up.

no custom tune from RICA

When I said stock ecu I meant if you will go with another EMS,and not Volvo OEM ECU with chip.Anyway,it is a very good solution if not the only for the OEM ecu.I will do the same,to my car just like you but then I will go and to a dyno for some corrections. Now I don't have money to spend for Aftermarket EMS.

today's progress.

I redone paint job, and installed couple small thinks like water pump, also I stopped by volvo dealer to pick up new rotors and two more gaskets and O-rings, they are awesome, they have 95% stuff that I need in stock , And R rotors came today another great product made in Poland, Brembo of course, These things are HUGE, It looks like wilwood superlite calipers that I want to use are to small , that was quite a surprise !!!

But tomorrow is a big day , Swap is beginning , wish me luck I want to drive my car this Monday ,

I will do also brand used with low mileage steering rack , bilstein suspension , and maybe front brake conversion , rear is getting done I will use brembo brakes from EVO .

Ok let me get some sleep I will have long day tomorrow

:D
