I'm pretty sure you failed at the poll design.

And I really hope you aren't serious about some of those choices. Bright green? You got some sweet stickers and a coffee can muffler to complete the rice?

I am but you can keep being the cookie cutter if you want thanks for the positive advice

yes the poll didnt work as i wanted but i did not select to allow multiple choice voting so i dont know how that happened

anyways bright green is one of my favorite

:D

all gold FTW

DSC01005.jpg

actually before i painted these i was thinking of doing the inner part of each spoke in light silver, and also including the center of the wheel, with everything else dark silver, or a combination thereof.....

something to think about possibly? i'd love to see it done on another nisto

I have a factory cookie cutter :P All stock.

I don't get the point of being different for the sake of being different. You don't need to put on OEM rims to look good. Well, I get what you're saying amd I think that is the opinion of many around here. But for example, Greg just posted some pictures of his perfect Jag rims. Of course those might be out of the budget, but you see where I'm going with this. Bright green might be a favorite color, and if thats really what you want, go for it. Since you made a poll, you do care to some degree what others think of your car. So the bad news is, bright green is ugly as sin in this scenario :P T5power's gold does look pretty sweet.

Maybe edit the poll and change it to check boxes, write "chose only one" and just hope people can read.

I get what you are saying and yes jag wheels are so far out of my budget, im a broke college student, i might be picking up some volans soon if i do, then ill refinish those bronze and look for another canisto to replace my bent one. I get what you're saying about being different just to be but again i dont want to blend in. If i went green i would do the door handles green and miror caps too. My problem with gold is there is already Aaron out in Tx with gold canisto's and t5power. And on top of that they are all black cars lol we'll see hopefully i pick up these volans soon

  • 1 month later...

Hope your getting them done by a professional, otherwise...have fun with all that taping and making sure those "lips" are even all the way around.

Just taping off the weight lip on my old nistos were quite the task. (just ask Matt, BoostWag1n) Its a long long process to make sure they are perfect
