Communication is awful and they do not tell customers when items are backordered, but rather take your money without providing you that (rather useful) information up front. They DO NOT reply to all emails within 24 hours (or even a week for that matter) as stated on their website. When they finally get around to telling you the backorder status of the order 3 weeks and countless emails later, they do not issue a refund. I have a paypal dispute pending. BUYER BEWARE!I will edit this thread accordingly if I get a refund, but I want to pass this experience on to all of you. The euro plates I've had over the years have all come from them, and the quality is exceptional. It took me an email threating a lawsuit before I got my plates. Funny how after 6 months of emailing I never recieved one back until I mention legal action.
