(n)A-GAME
Not like I care about 20 bucks for a plate frame, and of course I can wait for it....but I'm really pissed that they don't deem it necessary to tell customers when stock is backordered, I find that to be an incredibly shady business practice. Not to mention the communication has been atrocious.

He does work full time at a different job, he doesn't need to even bother selling plates but still continues to (as some of you will say "occasionally"). There are vendors on VS who do other jobs first and sell to us second, but a "sorry, your item is backordered, what would you like to do" email is not hard to do. Basic communication with a buyer is not too outrageous of a request. That said, I am happy to report that since filing the dispute, the company has finally responded. I've got a different license plate frame en route.

It is a good honest company but very slow. The sad thing is I just threw away bunch of those black euro frames..... I had like 10 in my garage..... :(
blu92in99
http://www.licenseplates.tvI've bought numerous plates from them over the past few years - great to deal with, good quality on the plates, fast delivery times. It's never taken more than a ~5 days for mine to show up, from the time I placed the order. Pretty good turn-around time IMO, considering they're in FL an I'm in Cali and it's a "made to order" item. Also, their plates are actually stamped where as some of the other sites I've seen only sold screened on custom plate numbers. Hell, a couple years back I had placed an order on their website for a Swedish plate on a day when a hurricane ripped through their part of FL, and I still had the plate in my hands 3 days later. 'Nuff said.
