HtownTurboBrick
I can ask my mom about contacting the breeder if you're serious. Some people who used to live down the street had 4 all black long hairs. You couldn't see but 10 ft onto their property because of all the (orange?) trees at night, so these dogs would come out of the shadows in a group, really bad ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD. Getting on 2 1/2, she's gonna be active til 6 feet under. She's absolutely nuts haha, very well trained though.i'm serious, but i doubt my wallet is. i'm imagining upwards of 2k for such a dog...let me know if its even possible, something i have to consider. HtownTurboBrick
haha yea, akita's are awesome. my buddy had one that was ubber protective of the house, but as long as his master let you in, you were ok. we were having a bbq and one of our buddies was coming late. called us and told us he was 5 minutes away, my buddy told him just come in we were all in the back yard. half our later and a half dozen phone calls with no answer i got up to go look out front. walk inside the dog had the late arriver pinned in the entry way, just siting there staring at him to make a sudden movement. not barking or growling just staring "intently" lol. we totally forgot about the dog and our buddy had left his cell in the car and was "greeted" by the akita and couldn't make any moves cuz the dog would shift towards him every time he twitched needless to say i want one, but im particular about my coloring. matt b
Dave: I had a Portugese breeder as a customer a few years ago. Shame he did not have any blues, I'd have imported a puppy.Next dog will be a Dane, they have a great temperament, especially around kids. Most likely a female, most likely from a European breeder.
