GeraldJ Posted February 18, 2009 Report Share Posted February 18, 2009 I was watching the news today and seen a little clip about how the state of Cali is goin to release 58,000 prisoners because they can not afford to feed them and provide healthcare. So now it is going to become our problem? These are people in the state prisons not on the county level. So they have comited serioous crimes and now they cant keep them so lets just dump them on the street? Come on that like giving all the crimnals on the street now a free pass to do whatever they want! When they get this in their mind they are goin to be invincible because they will know that there will not be a punishment for them. Obama said one thing yesterday that was true. "this is the begining of the end" he ment it in the context that this is the begining of the end of the hard times but it really means this is the begining of the end of this country as a whole. Remember ppl these are residents of the STATE not county. It takes more than shoplifting to get you sent up state. Also in the news report most being relesed have 5+ years left to serve. Most are car theives and chomos. What are the people on the street that are commiting these crimes thinking now? "well they cant afford to lock me up its a free for all" Now little Mr. Chomo can sit across the street from the school and beat his meat and when the cop rolls up he says "oh sorry go ahead and finish but this is the last time, I mean it Chomo"I say fence off CA and send all the prisoners there and let them live how they want!
