Tightmopedman9
I'm looking at some wheels that are 5x110s and was wondering, if I used wobble bolts and hubcentric rings would I encounter any problems. I'm not sure if the wobbles bolts would make the wheel un-hubcentric. BTW, these are the wheels I'm looking at, don't flame too hard, I haven't decided if I want them yet. I was also check out these, but they're 5x112. How much would it cost to get adapters made up?
AaronD81
You can get adapters for under $200, but then you get offset problems because they are usually 20-30mm wide. I have not been able to find wobble bolts in the Volvo thread pitch. There are some people running 5x110 Saab wheels without wobble bolts and they haven't had any problems. matt b
Adapters alone should work, but yes, you're going to be sticking out a mile if the offset doesn't compensate for the adapters. And adapters should take care of the hubcentric issue.
855
i just saw those wheels in the first pic somewhere....cant remember where, but i REALLY liked them when i saw them
exexpat
They should be fine if the wheels are hubcentric. If the German TUeV approves them from an engineering/testing perspective, they are fine.

Leo850T5
I heard wobble bolts will shear over time from someone on here.
Yellow95
I heard wobble bolts will shear over time from someone on here.I guess its possible, but not likely with proper hub bore on the wheels. I would love to find a set of wobbles. It would open up a whole new wheel selection.G
shanehutton
Well, unless other brands than Saab use 5x110 then the whole new wheel selection won't be that huge. They probably have less choice that we do don't they?I assume the first pick isn't the actual wheels because that wheel is a 4 hole pattern. Tightmopedman9
Yeah wheels in the first pic I think were mislabeled in the description. They only have 8 holes so I'm thinking they are actually 4x100.

MUCH sexier then the volvo section including black Ultraleggeras. I would give a nut for those.Borbet LV5Enkei EKM3OZ Algerritas (16 lbs)MMMMMMMM Ultraleggeras in blackSSR Type CG
Tightmopedman9
I heard wobble bolts will shear over time from someone on here.I remember somebody said (in reference to Saab wheels fitted to a 850) that they could shear their bolts if they used 5x110 wheels on their 5x108 hub for too long.BTW, what is our thread pitch?
