1998 V70 Xc From The Beginning... to the End

Your sig says you have a '99. AFAIK, no one with a '99 or 2000R has a 100% functional tune for their manual swaps yet. If you really want to do it, starting with a '98 seems the best way to go.

That would not be 100% true. IPD has a tune that will work for the manual if the car is stock. My car is not stock and we are going round and round on trying to get it retuned but believe we have found an option locally.

My 2000 runs and drives fine and is safe to drive. Just isn't as smooth on the dyno as we'd like...not that nearly 400ftlbs at the wheels is bad or anything....

Final (I Hope :D ) Breather setup

Kawasaki 52001-3738 can

Audi A8 MAF sensor, made no difference to recordable gps - stock MAF socket is sealed with an old maf sensor plug cut off.

So far, zero measurable CC pressure or oil loss into catch can. Only thing that gets that far is the condensate. Large filter means minimal oil vapor smell.

EDIT (12/15/10): HAd to make a larger can :D
