I had added reinforcements to the header panel to stop in flexing with the bottom cut out, but that created interference issues with the rad & Cond, so tweaking was required. cut more out of the bumper bar, it was pressing up against the IC air guide & splash pan fit cut a little more out of the frontside bar as well 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Larger opening does not necessarily equate to better cooling.
