B Mac
Well...if I ever want to feel bad at myself, all I have to do is look at what Hussein can do
lookforjoe
quick phone video of exhaust note - no hard shifts or WOT untill I have 500miles on the new disc Couple of logs to check overall performance. Boost is now more reasonable 15psi, with the one spring removed from the Tial - running WG pressure, no controller in operation. Far too rich at part throttle, have to lean out the main map

98glt-5
The intake sound on that is ridiculous, almost sounds like it has individual throttle bodies!

dublin14
Im curious to see how the 6262 feels all round vs the 20g and the other turbo you had.

lookforjoe
Im curious to see how the 6262 feels all round vs the 20g and the other turbo you had. Well, if what i have experienced so far is anything to go by, I'd recommend going straight to this level turbo to anyone planning a serious build. The spool is good, the response is awesome, and I haven't even wailed on it yet! Can't wait to get some WOT 8K vids once the clutch is broken in :D
laird
I'm always a day late etc. I went the 19T route back when that was "it" but I would call that incremental improvement at best. Now I have a 20G thinking this will be the shiz when clearly, I should have gone straight past doe-decca-phonic, all the way to the " moon rock " level. Platinum 850
I am in awe at your rate of progress... As always, great work and glad to see it back on the road... I cant wait till you have that clutch broken in, and then we can see what this beast is really capable of...
lookforjoe
Not feelin' particularly speedy - been sick with allergies/head cold since Thurs - definitely slowing me down some... Bay all tidied up I have a range of vibrations since installing the rear (450lb springs & Koni's) suspension, delrin's & poly-filling the mounts. Nothing I can't live with, but a little disconcerting when I've been accustomed to a pretty much vibration free ride up til now. Leaned out the mid/upper range fuel map - I'm hitting those cells by 50% throttle now. Much better part throttle AFR's. EBP/IBP ratio is a thing of beauty
