lookforjoe
A few data logs from the past couple days 4th graph 4th data - coolant temp rises 5 degrees by end of pull - ran up to 7900rpm inj duty cycle hit 95%! AFR's are a little rich with this tune. 4th graph 4th data - 2 degree climb in coolant temp switched tunes after this - reduced timing in some areas 3rd4th graph today - no wheel hop anymore Added Oil Pressure, EBP, and IATic hot side back. closeup of FP & Inj duty crossover point Violet = FP Blue = Inj. Duty 3rd4thdata coolant temp rose 5 degrees over pull. AFR's still a little rich up top - barely hitting 12AFR timing pull in 3rd - 9 degrees is a five degree pull over what was requested. I have dropped 100% load timing in the 5-6K range back to previous values of 13-14 degrees.
B Mac
Has the quaife eliminated most of the torque steer as well? Clutch feels good? Looks like it's time to find the next weakest link , you're overdue
lookforjoe
Steering feels nice and neutral under accel - definitely noticeable in the 3rd 4th pull, since that was coming off the ramp that you & I have often used, so merging left while accelerating hard, which was one of the main inducers of wheel hop also. Clutch feels tight now, no sign of slip.
blkaplan
sounds awesome. Are we gonna autox this thing at carlisle?
lookforjoe
sounds awesome. Are we gonna autox this thing at carlisle? I dunno - it's a little heavy for that, no? I'd have to switch to the 17"s with more sidewall, don't want to trash my 18"s.
blkaplan
negative camber and tire pressure and you will be fine.

Not even close to a CTS-V and they autocross.
blkaplan
Heavy? Not even close to a CTS-V and they autocross. They also have a lot more tire. I think "a little heavy" is a fairly accurate description.
Zappo
I would say even Volvo AWD has better traction, and I drove one running slicks. You will have turbo lag coming out of turn arounds though. It is the reason I just switched from a GT3076 to a GTX2867 turbo.

Yeah considering I don't see even 5psi below 4K, I'll probably have to run the whole track in 1st/2nd gear.
Zappo
True, but you rev to 8k. How you drive it all depends on the course. You will still have fun though.

It's just a long straightaway with tight corners top & bottom - with a little dogleg on each straight
