Holy clutch. That kit looks effin sweet Hussein! When do you plan on getting it installed? I'd like to check it out before you do.

Probably after the turbo - since it's easier to access with the trans, BG and subframe out of the way  - so, probably not until the end of the week.

I think I'm heading home from this road trip towards the end of the week, possibly coming home on Thursday? If I have Friday off I'll let you know

OK.

Precision called - so their deal is basically 50% of retail cost = 698 for a new cartridge with 1 year warranty. Hopefully they ship today, I see it by the weekend.

Given the tornado/heavy rain watch for the next 24hours, I doubt I will get the wagon back on the road this weekend - since I'm doing this and the clutch outside in my driveway :(

Put the turbo back in - took some time, I had to rework the clocking since the CHRA was changed. I removed the 90º elbow on the feed pipe. I altered the drain tube slightly due to the change in CHRA clocking.

You must be pretty good at pulling the BG and trans by now. nice work

BG is much easier with the subframe dropped :D

Trans is a still a royal PITA on your back in the driveway, no way around it.

Revised the oil cooler water pipes - was able to heat & massage the main feed pipe under & around the new return:

Now axle clears just fine, and BG can be removed without touching the hard pipes (oil cooler still has to come off) - New carrier bearing (9181693 - FEBEST 45x75x19) installed on the manual AWD axle also.

After that, I got the subframe, PS rack, control arms, motor mounts, driveshaft & axles in. Bled the clutch. Did the fan shroud, Hot & Cold IC piping, Torque mounts, Shifter cables, filled the trans, etc...

Just have to finish up the inlet side piping and the breather cans - should have it running again tomorrow afternoon!
