At $700 either cost is no issue, or you bargain the seller down to a reasonable level. But honestly, the market for mint collectable mid-90s volvos is not very big, so there is no real market here... but I'm sure someone in sweeden is scraping together the cash as we speak. Bought a complete RTI system for 150 euro (200usd +-) in September from Germany.
