There's a lot of people who should probably not be allowed to live (heinous crimes, certain sex offenders, etc.) but what i'm saying is that the population of those sort of offenders compared to people like longbeach who are just so adamant about their desire to smoke, grow, possess bud while bashing their cars into curbs is more likely than not very small. Which leads to an issue of the laws that put them there not whether or not the death penalty is acceptable outlet for prison population, i don't like stupid people any more than the next person - but should they be killed for their insolence (rhetorical since i know you'll just say yes ) ? Its now Health Issues when your older that are finally killing off the weak and unwanted gene type. But at that age they have already spread there polution into the gene pool. Farther back the unwanted gene type were killed off in battle or eaten by animals / survival of the fittest now its survival of the lazyest.
