Avoid them in the US.

They will avoid custom maps to their best effort. The tunes are written by a small team of programmers in Austria then electronically sent stateside. Rene Berube doesn't do any of the tuning himself on the Volvos, he is just a middleman and reseller.

He has limited control over basic controls (i.e~ throttle response) but nothing else.

The 16t tune I received threw codes right out of the box for low boost when in low rpms (which isn't good to have anyway). The diagnostic procedure I went thru was by myself - Rene was both completely unfamiliar with the car and unwilling to help diagnose issues with the tune. He blamed my BOV and MBC - which btw don't exist with ME7 anyway.

I had several remaps done by him, and even went by his house to get the tune done. After a while I finally gave up because I realized that they could not provide what I wanted.

Additionally it took him 3 days longer than he told me it would take to get the tune turned back around to me.

This review is based off of a 2001 S60
