If I ever get my hands on another XC70 I might just build another lift for it and send the wife off to the grocery store Cool. Thanks for the clarification Lucky. Ipd Posted January 7, 2010 Report Share Posted January 7, 2010 Had two pieces of steel plate cut that was the same shape as the upper mounting plate on the factory setup. Then took a 5 inch diameter section of tube and cut a 4 inches peice. Welded the tube between the two laser cut plates and install between body and strut.
