TheOtherWhiteMeat
That is Sebastian's car and is sponsored by Mikael at LMR. It's actually an '88 760 with S70 nose and tail grafted in using some quarter panel parts from a 240 and misc parts from about 4 or 5 other Volvos. We actually spoke of showing this 760 or another LMR car at IPD, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen for this year. His Garage page is here: http://www.garaget.org/?car=55083 These two guys have been a gigantic help to me with the S90R project. Mikael wants to come do a tour over here and perform widebody and T5/M90 700/900 conversions over here, but the Volvo RWD community hasn't quite evolved to a level that supports this yet. They just showed two of the LMR 700s at the Custom Motor Show in Sweden recently, and here are the photos of the two cars they took.
WayAway
Theres your RWD s70  thats soo sweet, so does everything just swap and bolt up?
TheOtherWhiteMeat
Theres your RWD s70  thats soo sweet, so does everything just swap and bolt up? Nothing swaps or bolts up. Everything had to be custom fabbed to get to work. The S70 and 7/9 are very different animals, including the width.
RZT5
wow, I have absolutely no idea what that is even built on. C70 maybe because it has two doors? do you know by chance?

He told me they're both 700 series. I'm not sure how much of the original car or chassis is left, but it's under there somewhere.

TheOtherWhiteMeat
I just realized I had Sebastian's photobucket album link if anyone is interested in seeing what he had to do to build this car. http://s210.photobucket.com/albums/bb290/smurfsebbe_84/
