ha ha, i'll have to rember 214-22. Thanks for the clarification. The tinted corners have grown on me alot, i'll admit it. Again, love the car, you have done good my friend, two full, hyper-extended thumbs up.

thought any about sportier seats and a harness bar? This is a dedicated proj car now right?

That will happen as well. Yes, its a "project" now I have SPM H-beams and a 00'R solid lifter head, just need to save up some more money for the engine build and turbo/intercooler.

white pegs ...... :o

I will definitely paint them some funky color, thinking of some forged Centerlines as there is a nice 6 spoke design I like.

Update.

Picked up a K24 turbo and am going to use green injectors and they should be going on in a few weeks years along with a wide band sensor. I thought I would be ok with the stock turbo for longer, but boredom has hit and I want to go faster.

Lookin good. How do you like the tuning with the TT ECU?

I actually haven't done any tuning yet. It does come with a stock file, and a "tuned" file which I have been running since it is setup for the stock 850 turbocharger and injectors. I have regularly seen 17 psi on the base tune, and it pulls very hard in 3rd and 4th gear.

I have spent a fair amount of time going over the user manual and capabilities of the program. Being able to adjust boost pressure, timing, WOT fueling, and calibrate for different injectors is why I bought TT, as I knew I would go through several turbo iterations until I can finally build the engine.

You'll get bored with that k24 faster than you can be comfortable with. Trust me ;-) haha

Satisfaction only lasts so long.

Lookin good!

Hahaha, I hope not Joe. Its great you also have TT and the K24, we can share ideas. Reading some of the past info on tuing with the K24, it doesn't seem to last if you push it, so I'm thinking of keeping it under 20 psi, and making sure I'm limiting the boost before 3500 rpms, in hopes of protecting the stock bottom end.

I should have something fairly conservative when I get back. I have been working on my fueling while I have been on vacation. I enriched things up 10% over the range above 3k. I was getting a bit lean, so we'll see how it goes. Unfortunately I'm just going off memory because I'm no where near my car. I will have some datalogging done shortly after I get back home.
