It's got a similar motor to me, and with the speed/torque limits removed, I think it's a worthy shot. Evo - Yes, they are quick. Chevelle - 700HP is low. My friend is running in the 800+ HP range. BUT - that makes very little difference. His torque is close to mine. (he'd around 850, I'll be at 900) mdlimy5 - These aren't FAST?? (lol) I guess that kind of fast would be a GE Turbo-fan or a Rolls Royce rocket motor! I used to think my R was fast until my dad dropped a 500 hp crate motor into his 740. Maybe you should have made a pole on what cars we as volvo drivers consider to be rivals? His torque is close to mine. (he'd around 850, I'll be at 900) Fixed. In a drag race (all else being equal) the most HP wins races. I could see you matching his 60 ft time - heck, depending upon your power/weight ratio, yoiu might still be in the race @ the 330 ft mark. But shortly after that he'd drag you through the quarter.
