Me too, detailing the XC

Ok seriously, even if you don't buy a lot of griots detailing stuff, buy the leather cleaner and conditioner, makes it look great, but the smell, almost has that new car smell, yummmmm

Now I'm gonna go H.A.M allover the rest of this car

I will NEVER buy Griots stuff. Purely on principal.

Nothing real against the products, other than after 25+ years of paint and body work I feel its over priced. My real issue is that even though our shop is a distributor for their products, the company is not allowed to sell it to employees at anything less than retail. Its apparently in the distributor agreement. Like I said its purely on principal.

We have been customers for almost going on 20 years now, he use to detail my dads car outside of the chart house parking lot in California in the late 80's.

Just cause I can't get a hook up doesn't mean I'm not gonna use a good product, IMO

I've achieved the same results, or better, with 3M products. And they know that when someone who sells your product is happy with your company/product they'll sell more of it. Case in point, ME. I steer people away from Griots all the time. A lot of people have bought into the sales pitch and the boutique-ness of Griots. I've always been happier to deal with a company that understands building "relationships" with their employees (as a distributor I am an employee once removed) and like with car audio the quality and sound of a car is 85% install, not equipment, the same can be said with detailing products. The quality of a finished product all lies in the hands of the person doing the detailing.

The end
