I beat the Mecedes C55, but he will still take 5th overall and I will be 6th. Chris ended up winning yesterday and won the overall Touring Sedan class for the season. It was back and for the last runs between Chris and Michelle, but Chris had the advantage of the last run. The drying conditions meant that whoever ran last had the advantage. I dropped 4 seconds off my final time compared to the previous one. Fun, but I was gone the whole weekend. Ended up crashing on the Miller's couch Saturday night. I think their dog Lady enjoyed having me visit. I left at 6am on Saturday morning and didn't get home until 10:30pm on Sunday. Hope you had fun on Saturday. I was all nerves on my last run, it had to be fast and clean, our whole season came down to the last run of the year. Some nice driving by George yesterday, you were cooking coming into the C box., I think you might of shocked my neighbors a bit, lol . It was a great day and event to end the year on. Besides the actual driving, scaring newbies is one of my favorite parts of autocross. That is what I was telling Michelle; all the pressure was on you to be fast and clean, but the fast was always be there. Big Mike said hanging out with Kieran was the most fun he's had in a month - it was really cute to watch them together It was super fun to drive the Mcoupe on Saturday - I miss that car and sure wish it could be more competitive. Chris pulled it off in the end and took the trophy, but it was a fantastic way to finish the season with every run getting faster and top spot changing after every run as well. I don't feel like I left anything on the table in my final run (although I was wishing I took him up on his offer to be the first driver so I could have had the driest run). George put down some great times and I know it had to feel good to beat up on the Mercedes Minh finished his season strong co-driving in the afternoon with me. He took fourth top time of day with spots 1-3 going to the prepped GTR. Not too bad if you ask me. He felt redeemed too after losing every race but one (our car broke) to Chris and I all season to set the fastest time in our car on the last day. Like you George, one of my favorite things to do is scare the kids when I take them as a passenger. I think it's even more fun when you have boobs; they just aren't quite expecting me to drive fast. My final highlight of the day was having Jodi Fordahl drive the evo - it was just beautiful to watch her drive. Two more events next weekend. Porsche/BMW day and then the final SCCA event.
