Just shows you how idiotic they are. Maybe they hired him to drive around the submarine that they spent a shitt ton of money for. Once the fuel ignited, that fire raged for a good 15 minutes before they could get it out. It seemed to take forever just for the fire trucks to arrive. Before it caught fire, there were three guys aound Montoya's car with extinguishers. Montoya is already out of the car and walking away, but none of them bothered to check on the driver of the truck. Even when the truck catches fire, these three are still standing around his car while isn't on fire. So many things could have been done better. Well the (crappy) Nascar announcers kept saying he was alright. They were on commercial break when it happened so I just don't think we saw the full extent of how it worked out. After Montoya's car hit it, it spun down into the grass. I think the driver of the jet dryer quickly got out of the truck and ran to safety, we just didn't see it. Still, just a completely nuts situation. It raged for so long, and at one point during the 15 minutes (which felt like an hour), something else blew up and everything shook. Crazy. By that time there was already a small fire at the back of the truck. He went around to the passenger side and started to get the driver out that way. However, before he got out the whole back end was engulfed, but they both got out safe. At no time did the three standing around the race car move to combat the other fire. By the time the driver got out, it was too late and their hand held extinguishers would have had no effect at all. And at least in LA they know how to deal with mentally handicapped people for the most part, in the NW they just shoot them hahaha He was upsetting the BI status quo, they had to hire someone to eliminate the "undesirables", I don't see how anyone could argue that the cops were doing the right thing but apparently to the force, protecting their own came before an innocent mans life :-/ oh and lol nascar, large quantities of jet fuel and good 'ol boys wielding fire extinguishers, who could predict an outcome like this! I need some new hors, can't complain about that price, might try them out. lol, missing a couple letters but I get what you're saying.
