herz3mc Posted June 3, 2010 Report Posted June 3, 2010 I was instructing a modded EVO9 at the school on Sunday. That thing was facelift fast. Probably one of the fastest accelerating cars I've ever been in. Marshall - good work getting your Dad into a cool car.

I honestly wouldn't mind driving an IS250 or IS300AWD. I really want an Evo9 2006 GS 300 AWD, waaaayyy tooo slowwww in comparison. I scare myself driving the R. I'm so used to compensating for the lack of power in my car with a lot of throttle and when I drove the s60 I hit my head sooo many times against the back of the seat lol I love that cbv whoosh sound

You okay? ah got ya, justin actually picked it up. he got me like 10 minutes after i posted it. i had no gauges with it though, just a pod i never actually used. as for the accident, im fine (physically speaking) still hella distraught about it though. F it all, right?? haha P.S. Gobi is the best interior color that came in the R's..... Ti-Grey + Gobi = mega Fail.....lolololol im just busting ya matt. but yeah you should hit up some of that atacama hotness Spencer is fine. So is his car. Stop stalking me, hahaha

I wouldn't love to do some sort of Atacama/Nordkap color scheme. But my focus is being diverted to the 850R. At least through the weekend..... Speaking of which, Day 1 of manual swap complete (started a day early)! Got the trans pulled from the donor car last week and all my other parts came in today. So we got busy after work and pulled the auto. Went really smooth. We'll see what tomorrow brings!

IMO, too much going on, but that's just me. good luck with the manual swap this weekend. Nice upgrade to your other R!
