I am not happy that someone in the military is caught up in something like this. He owes people money and/or parts. His turbo thread is shady as hell, with a brand new person creating an account logging in and vouching for him because he is in the Army...wth? I do not appreciate when other people in the military pretend to be honorable and use their service as leverage when it comes to stuff like this. If it comes to the point where he does not show up on the forums to take care of the mess he has made, I can VERY easily get in touch with him through his unit. If things get out of control, it can go further than that. This is the second time this year that someone has taken money from one of my friends and then fallen through the cracks, it is getting OLD. I had to help last time and I will help again if I can. Seriously, mods, if you guys exhaust all resources, I can make some things happen. I HATE when people take advantage of others, especially within a car community like this. I have heard of extreme cases before, where a person sold a bunch of stuff on a Miata forum, killed someone, went to jail, and his father was left to piece all of it back together I am sure Sean is not a murderer, but you cannot just step out of your life and leave a bunch of people in limbo while you enjoy the money they have given you. I hope you and you family are safe, Sean. I hope you have a good reason for not being around. I especially hope you take care of all of the people you have neglected. That is the thing. If something crazy goes down in your life, your priorities are going to revolve away from the car parts you sold online, regardless of the ass pain it might cause other people. I hope he is safe and everything is alright. If I don't hear from him this weekend, I have no choice but to buy a 19T from the dealer. At this point, I don't trust anyone. Once I do that, Sean's only option as far as I will be concerned; will be to refund me cash. And as far as I'm concerned; there's only one acceptable excuse: he's in the hospital. Even IF he did deploy, it would've taken him 60seconds to send me a PM...we were communicating like Boxpin has said. Then at 5 weeks...nothing, then this "I'm baaack" BS It's been 8+weeks And just so everyone knows, I have a working 15G on the shelf, 16T on my 850R, I sent Sean my blown 16T off my C70. I was ready to buy a 19T from DW, but after Sean delivered a 18T to Lucky, I thought he was legit. I'm upgrading my C70 to R specs, that's why 19T, everything is done, just waiting for turbo. Want to get it running, now that the Pacific Northwest sunshine has finally showed up. Wanna run topless Next stage is hybrid turbo, rebuilt RN engine RSI rods etc, 5spd/Quaife.
