AverageVolvo
I have had his cell number for a long time. He used to answer it when I called, now its just voicemail. I've called one...never get an answer. But the Voice Mailbox never gets full. http://calleridfaker.com/
mune237
http://calleridfaker.com/ I'm not sure what you're getting at, but unless you know his GF's; mom's, or grand ma's name, I'm sure he isn't answering any calls until he hears who's on the line. He probably won't answer any ARMY calls either until he knows why they're calling.

T-5Bandit
Yes, I filed a claim with my state's AG. I hope everyone else does too He's alive! Posted a comment on You Tube last night You and everyone need to file a claim(s) in California, where source of the fraud occurred. California getting multiple claims about the same person will get more visibility and action than everyone filing in their respective states. Your state could review it as an individual claim of a small amount and tell you to resolve it civil court (i.e. small claims).

After accessing WA State's AGO website, they recommended starting with them. If needed, they will help me file in CA. or wherever is best. I'm sure it'll take a few days to review my claim. T-5Bandit
Do you know this for sure? After accessing WA State's AGO website, they recommended starting with them. If needed, they will help me file in CA. or wherever is best. I'm sure it'll take a few days to review my claim. I'd be proactive and do both. If you wait for feedback from your state, it could be awhile before you get any assistance from them. Just imagine how many internet fraud claims they probably get each day alone! Do you really think they are going to go after him for a $700 claim that initiated in another state? They need to see a pattern of same/similar claims in order to go after him for fraud. Even if California sits on it initially - after receiving a flood of claims across several states against the same person, it will more likely get their attention at some point
Spanky
I am not trying to be the bearer of bad news, but I extremely doubt local authorities (or your state for that matter) will do much of anything to get the matter resolved after finding out how much money is involved. Your talking about a cash strapped state finding, apprehending, and possibly pressing charges on someone for 2k-3k dollars worth of damage. In a perfect and just world..Yes this would happen, but realistically I doubt the paperwork complaints and all the other BS involved is going to make much difference. You guys can try to take him to small claims court but the process is going to well exceed the amount you guys have lost. 1

GiRaff3
Sean's Commander e-mailed me back and said that he did NOT attend Battle Assembly like he was supposed to...hmm...Apparently their 2 week training is coming up and that is the next time they will see him for sure. I cannot believe they are letting it go this long...meh.
