Sean also owed the guy $ so that was part of the deal. I bought his 245 about a year ago at night and asked if it had rust and he didn't say it did and I found a decent few patches next day in obvious view. They were unable to make contact with him, (really?????) so they turned this file over to the CA AG's office. His last activity over there was just a couple days ago, and as recently as 2 weeks ago he was selling items there. His username is the same (L8 APEKS) and his profile page is here.. Might not be a bad idea to just start posting in all of his threads that he's ripping people off or call it to the Vortex moderator's attention. That's what I would do. How far into the legal side are you guys? I wouldn't expect much help from the AG's offices, they are understaffed, overworked, and have far greater problems than a guy scamming a few of you online. Not to diminish the significance of what this guy has done, but don't bet on finding relief there.
