brick-a-brac
I think the early sheet metal for the rear is available through GCP. I have just learned, however, that one must be very careful about getting these pieces, as I'm now stuck with an early nose section that I can't use (67-70 has slightly different upper radiator mounts, and pushes the radiator too far toward the fan). I'll keep an eye out for a 73 bumper.
gdizzle
You can't modify it?
brick-a-brac
Well, anything can be modified, but the extent of the mods required here would mean I would be completely upside-down on this piece, and it would still not have airflow from the fins in the lower valance (another post 1970 change ...). Johann
Awesome How come the rear wheel appears to vary in width?
gdizzle
What do you mean? I've got an adjustable pan hard bar coming to fix the rear wheel. The driver side pokes .5" more than the left.
Timbo Slice
Wow. Thanks for the new wallpaper. Simply beautiful!

It almost appears as it has play. First pic seems further out than 3rd pic. Might be lighting though.

lookforjoe
Noice. Those seats were also way better than early 240s. So, what was the tow tuck about? What did you end up doing about the rad? HoweRacing's not bad, if it was going to cost $300 for a recore....
gdizzle
I'm still running the rad that came with it, it's beat, but the e-fan is helping.. Still exploring options for the radiator. What are you referring to about the tow tuck? It almost appears as it has play. First pic seems further out than 3rd pic. Might be lighting though. Pretty sure it's the lighting/angle throwing you off. It does desperately need an adjustable pan hard, should have it next month as well as a new fuel tank.
