EVL WAGN Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 Nice...ITB's would be sweet! I was originally going to say toss a 2JZ into that bitch and let her sing! Fab the shock mounts to accept a set of Tein coilovers and really have some fun. Quote

550 Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 Yeah too much hardware to be ITB's. Prolly a lot less effort to make custom coilovers as well. Quote
96 t5 wagon Posted August 25, 2010 Report Posted August 25, 2010 Quite the opposite actually. This will be my family cruiser for me, my wife, and my daughter. Daughter !!!! man i've missed some things since i've been gone.......here's a belated congrats to you and the wife. She's fortunate to have a great set of folks. p.s.-the new project is sweet Quote

Prolly a lot less effort to make custom coilovers as well. lol...I guess I should have paid closer attention to the damn pic...oops! As for the coilovers...why mess with custom coilovers when fabbing mounts for one of the best most reliable coilovers on the market wouldn't be that overly difficult? Like I said in an earlier post...this is what I would do to it. Either way...seriously bad ass find Greg! Quote
driftbrick744 Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 wow, nice. picture looks like something out of a magazine. Quote

EVL WAGN Posted August 26, 2010 Report Posted August 26, 2010 I'm not even going to mess coilovers. The car is very easy to lower... Nah...screw the lowering aspect of it. I figured you'd be spending some track days with her too. Quote
gdizzle Posted August 26, 2010 Author Report Posted August 26, 2010 Nah...screw the lowering aspect of it. I figured you'd be spending some track days with her too. I don't plan to at this time. The interior is staying, and the idea for the car is to just be low, make some fun noises, work the suspension over a bit (nothing drastic), and to just have fun with it thus why it's being called project family cruiser.
