GTA Volvos - End of Summer Meet

This will be a gathering of Volvo owners, forum enthusiasts from Swedespeed, VolvoSpeed, C30Forums, and TurboBricks. Please spread the word! I know there is plenty of interest of gathering for Volvo owners in the GTA. This is also a perfect opportunity to take pictures as well (if the weather permits) as we're going to be located at the Volvo HQ Building. There's a couple neat delivery ramps, large Volvo Logos, and a large parking lot at the rear of the building for great photo opportunities.

Feel free to bring friends, family, and most importantly cameras.

As well, if you have parts for sale, I suggest you should bring them!

Alright, this comes to me as really bad news in my email today.... Apparently I think the legal department has declined the use of their parking lot for our gathering.

In regards to your request, unfortunately we were unable to coordinate the event to ensure the presence of the required Volvo Canada employees at our facility for the date requested. As such, there are issues of liability that prevent us from authorizing the use of our parking lot for your event.

I know this sucks ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD and the timing is really poor, but we don't have a choice...

We have only a few days left before meeting but lets all quickly decide on a new location supposedly nearby so that we can round up the cars that so happen go to Volvo HQ. We have already confirmed 35 cars and we need a new venue to fit the amount of cars participating...

I was also thinking of setitng up a small sign at the Entrance of Volvo at 175 Gordon Baker to notify the change of venue...

Any ideas?
