RobT5M
Will the T4's work? I will have to find the link, otherwise youd have to dig thru the guys website. I messaged him on Ebay and he linked me to his website.
erikv11
I don't think the T4 will work, because the base is too large. It won't fit in the back of the switch. The dimensions of 3, 4 and 5 bases are in the link from IPD Cameron, that is what I am going by here. NEO3 and T3 are the same, 8 mm, etc. I know, the 25 degree seems like a pretty narrow beam. The ones from superbrightleds are supposedly 120 degrees. Will the guy put just one LED in an envelope for like a buck, so you can try it in the switch? RobT5M
Yeah I actually just went ahead and bought some. He sells them 2 at a time. 1.50 + 80 flat shipping no matter how many. So when they come in ill see. He also sells them in SMD that have the 120degree. Guess I could have picked up a set of those as well. Oh well we will see how these come out. I pm'd you the link. but for the hell of it. http://www.wardenjp.com/stores/neowedge.html
RobT5M
Those bulbs work great, .75 ea and .80 for shipping. Just ordered 8 more :)
TaskMule
I've bought lots of leds from wardenjp.com over the last few years, through his ebay store. Never a problem.
mune237
How do you get to the INFO switch bulb? I didn't want to break the circuit board, but the bulb needs to come out from behind
RobT5M
it looked like someone cut a piece of the board on my switch. iirc billy had blue leds in my switches before he sold me the car.
NEU
Just cut the white plastic behind that bulb to install the LED.

mune237
For those that were successful, how did you cut the white plastic? Going to get a small metal blade for my Dremel UPDATE: I just used a small end mill in my Dremel, I took out just enough to get the bulbs in and out. TaskMule
I nipped the corner off with micro side cutters. Ugly but works.
hasbeen179
I read through - couldn't find an answer - I've successfully replaced almost all the interior lights with leds. My one issue is the courtesy lights over the rear driver's and passenger side doors. I've used the "right" bulb, rotated them around re: polarity, even grabbed a couple new assemblies on my last trip to the u-pull. Tried different bulbs of the same type, just in case. Nothing, except the stock incandescent, works. Can someone dumb this down for me? Thanks in advance!

T5power
Anybody make LED gear selector bulb 107931 or 115602 for x70? from the look of the connector, it looked like it was a volvo only part. from what i remember of it anyway. so i just rigged it so the pins were connecting to the socket and i never had an issue. just had to keep it in there. easy!
