gdizzle
Wow, that's quality right thurrr. barf Seriously OP, you could've built pieces of shit like that for 10 bucks and you paid that much?! You're stupid. Why don't you just build your own tin foil control arms and have someone beat you upside the head with them. You obviously have no idea what you're talking about. gdizzle
Sure I do, I'm talking about how they look like shit. You're right, boxed and tig welded control arms made out of 4130 chromoly with top of the line ball joints and spherical bearings look like crap. Would you pay $850 for them? BE HONEST. If you love them so much then me thinks you should buy them. :P
ozzimark
Aaron, they actually look pretty damn awesome. It's just a poor picture of them. As a technical side note, why not just use normal control arms, press out the bushings, press in some sleeves and machine the ID to the proper diameter to press-fit in some spherical bearings? It would effectively do the same thing for a lot less money.

I understand the cost of R&D + cost of quality materials + cost of quality parts = expensive. They're not for everyone, and they're not for me. I have no need for it. However, for $211.00 I'll buy them in a heart beat. hint hint kit...

Haha, to be quite honest I'm judging a book by its cover I suppose. It is quite possible that they look the way they do to me because I do not fully understand them. I mean I get the concept and everything, mainly I don't think I can understand why our Volvos would have a use for them. Anyhow, back to the party.

As for nickel not sure why if you are not going to chrome over it but thats un-related.
