Between this and the I-roll tuning thread a couple weeks ago, I don't need to watch tv anymore

The thing I don't get, is Ben..... WTF? Why aren't you all over this guy trying to figure out what the reason for him saying they don't fit? I love the VS community and trust mostly everybody on here, but if I sold something to a member (or just an overall customer, like in your case) knowing that it was working/fit correctly when it left my possession, I sure as Sh*t want evidence for them to back it up! And the more this dude talks he is just hurting his own cause.

On the other side of this however. I understand that your reputation on this forum might not be something your proud of, maybe you don't care, I don't know, but if I'm selling $900 control arms that don't fit correctly (taking his word for this argument) I'm gonna try and do everything in my power to do right and try to resolve this issue. Screw offering him a restocking fee, just say return them, I'll fix it, and I'll ship them back to you. If you get them back and there is nothing wrong with them, then that's a whole nother issue.

So kit, are you just gonna use them as paper weights? I'll trade you them for a rambone?

Kinda unrelated but I have Ben's full suspension on my 242, and I love it, and when I ordered pieces the customer support was great for me, and super fast shipping on the rear coilover pieces and great advice even on the parts that came with the car.

If someone acted like this to me I would probably tell them to go pound sand in the same way. You can't really blame Ben after getting unfairly crucified over some tard not being able to install parts and not even bothering to contact him for install help.

It's normal practice to use vendor tech support when installing or implementing something and running into trouble. Millions of people do that every day.
