i had the endlinks out and also the tierod end out as im redoing my whole suspension and these were going to be the centerpieces.. if i have to go outside and show you how new the parts are (installed yesterday) i can do that.. but what does that have to do with me saying, "hey, i tried to fit these, it didnt work. they are 100% as i received them, and i'd like my money back"

ok so me not getting them to fit isnt a problem... i can manage every other front and rear suspension component on my own except these, and that isnt a problem.. the front swaybar install was easier than these arms have been lol. ok, you've stated your position clearly on here.. which is why i wanted it on VS so there was public record of that :o)

cut/paste from my hotmail:

If you actually contacted me and worked with me to help you fit them,,,, and if there were still issues and had not complained on the internet for 2 days before bothering to ask I might be inclined to give you a full refund or replacements but at this point I have no incentive to refund you. No matter what happens at this point people are going to go back to that thread as there reference point.

If you want to return them and they are still in new condition, i will take them back with a 50% restocking fee.

If theres actually something wrong with them I will replace/ fix them but it sounds like you just need some tips with the install.

this thread should go down in history and should be pinned... i got beat for $850 by Kaplhenke Racing. i took the hit so ya'll never have to by this guy... im a martyr

guess i wont need to write a review eh Che? it's writing itself..

Dude, I still want a review.

Better yet, I'd like to see these things installed, regardless of how rigged things have to be. Regardless, I don't understand why you attacked him on here before contacting him. I've been screwed online too, but I dealt with the seller first. I completely understand looking for help, but this thread turned to shenanigans pretty quickly.

Right, you should have emailed him the second you could not fit them on the car. After countless emails back and forth with him, regardless of the resolution between you two, post the outcome and what happened and how he responded. Don't create a thread saying they don't fit and all this shit before he knows they don't fit.

It's like you dug yourself a hole a couple months ago with that other thread, then you redeemed yourself with this thread and manning up and filled that hole back in, but I think you just went back to your shed and grabbed the shovel and now your staking out where the new hole is to be dug.

It's exactly like when FCP sent me rear rotors instead of front. Instead of getting on here and bitching about it, I emailed Scot and we had a resolution in 5 minutes, he overnighted me new rotors. So instead of making them look bad, that unfortunate situation made them look amazing and I was almost proud to say they messed up my order. ;)

Dude, I don't even think this thread was a bad idea. I can imagine myself thinking, "Hmm. Well that isn't right. Let me bug the guys on VS with a question before I call the seller and embarrass myself for making an obvious mistake."

Of course, that isn't the direction this thread went in.

Here's how I see it. Ben dissproved everthing said about him by shipping these in a more than reasonable time frame, especially since they are made to order items. You get them, dissassemble them, and then can't figure how to install them, rip him a new online, then send him an email with WTFOMGDAYDONTFITSONDUHH, then ask have the balls to ask for a refund. Case closed, you lose.

Don't think he can post pics in a locked thread that is in a forum he can't view

Saying something like "I can't get these control arms on here, does anyone have any pointers?" is very very different from how the OP was worded.

I agree, if he would politely stated and with pictures, I can't make these fit can someone help me? It would have gone differently. Oh well, unfortunately not only is there public record of what Ben said on here, there is also public record of what kit said, and that's going to work against him.
