XxS70domxX Posted July 11, 2011 Report Share Posted July 11, 2011 I believe my oil trap is done for on my 98 s70 (non-turbo). it has a misfire at idle but runs fine whenever im on the throttle. Is that the normal symptoms? and what all do I need to replace it? ive never had to take off the intake manifold on here before and I just want to know all the gaskwts ill need. XxS70domxX Posted July 13, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2011 Well if the oil trap is bad and allowing oil to pass through the intake it could cause an issue, which since I tore it all apart yesterday, it was the problem, but not directly which I knew it wouldn't just willy nillt cause it.
