Yeah no one is using classifieds. Everyone is just using the auctions site.

fwiw I tried using classifieds after I read supporting members could post there directly now but it still says I'm not allowed to start a thread..

Give it a try and post the error message. I know some supporters can/ Its possiable I did not set permissions for a group though.

You really should have a plain, old, NORMAL classified section that also works like all the other forums

Why? The auction site is more uniform and efficient to navigate, all while providing an additional level of security for peer to peer transactions. There are plenty of other places to post for sale ads if you do not want those features.

Nobody uses it because they don't know it's there. They just click the link through the forum UI which takes them to the "auctions" page which isn't really an auction site. I don't understand why there are 2 separate classified sections and I don't think anyone else does either. It just makes for a fragmented hard to use experience.

Which gets the most clicks, the "auctions" link in the forum UI, the classifieds button at the top, or the for sale feed forum?

Its because JRL has AOL and the auctions site does not work well for him.

can we please just return it to the old classifieds. that one was easier to navigate. id rather sell here than swedespeed/tb
