So lets plan this bitch. Probably too late now for the 5th (sorry). So were looking at either the 12th, 13th, 19th or 20th. Should we just do the 19th so we have lots of time to prepare? I know a pretty cool private beach in SD we could meet up with a decent parking lot that usually empty and then leave to go get something to eat. Hows that sound? Its actually called Garbage beach by the locals, but dont let the name fool you (think of Iceland), its actually a really nice beach with big cliffs all around it and a fairly big parking lot that normally has lots of empty free parking so we can park together, which is a rarity in San Diego. Its a little further but I promise is well worth it. Unfortunately its 18min from the Green Flash. However I was looking at reviews for the Green Flash here http://www.yelp.com/...flash-san-diego and the reviews are kind of Meh. So I was looking at other places with good views and good reviews and I found this place: http://www.yelp.com/...rille-san-diego Which to me sounded much better. I also checked out there site here: http://www.southbeachob.com/ and apparently they recently renovated the whole upstairs, which has a good view of the beach as well. Its also only 8min from where the 1st meeting beach is at. Here is how to get to the beach from the intersections of the 5 and 8 FWYs. You can search for Ladera St. Basically you go to the end of the 8, make a quick left, then right (essentially continuing straight onto sunset cliffs st) and continue on the road to the very end, straight at first, then keep after it sweeps left, the ocean will be on your right, keep going straight on Sunset cliffs, always keeping right with the ocean to your right. At the very end there is a sharp left and you go up a hill. At the top of the hill make a right and go on a short dirt road to the parking lot. Here is a view coming up on Ladera. The meeting parking lot is in Red You can see where you turn onto the dirt road and the lot highlighted in red From there we will take the same road back and go left on newport into Ocean Beach Park Anywhere in the Red you can find a spot (some is paid) Maybe we will just take a few cars to the bar. We can also take the yellow part to a more empty free lot if we want and walk to the bar (Ocean Beach is pretty cool to walk around anyways) Sounds good? I guess I could just go ask my dad, meh. I meant little kids though, I'm cool with changing plans to accommodate the under crowd, or I can call them and figure out wtf 21+ means.
