Just would like to see more posts about your XC so I can get a feel for where you might be able to help people. Its bad but I will admit I didn't read any topic I saw "XC" in for the last 12 years. Going to be a tough decision for chuck with some of this stuff. It's a secret FYI, warn log also serves the purpose of member notes/history, it is not strictly for formal warning.
