'93 Dave
only on cold starts does this occur. should i be looking at lines or a new pump? or both ? fluids are good so its not empty making that loud sound from the reservoir. 99 s70 glt, 190k http://s88.photobuck...nt=MVI_0754.mp4
FCP Euro
Could be a couple of things, like a failing pump, or fluid that is to think. Did you just change the fluid? Id so, what kind did you use?

'93 Dave
found out the rubbing noise. i just need to lube up the rubber area where the steering column goes thru the firewall. as far as the howling from cold start ups and the excess fluids all over it? do the seals on the p/s pump reservior just go bad? i feel tho like its building excess pressure. i just duuno where to start that diagnostic?
