BVIG757 Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 Hello everyone ! My name is Brian and i'm from Virginia Beach. I am new to this forum and new to volvos and have ALOT to learn. Today I purchased a 1999 S80 T6 turbo for a steal, car is not running. I have been doing alot of searching and reaserch on Volvo's paticualry the S80 before purchasing this car. I have been working in the automotive feild for a little over 10 years and have worked on some volvos but am definatly a noob when it comes to anything volvo specific. I am looking forward to meeting some of you and learning alot about this car and its systems. I would gratelty appricate and or take any advice. I converted over from the honda world some years ago and since my turbo honda days have owned a rear mounted turbo 4th gen Nissam maxima and also a few 1.8t VW's. I am very interested to see what i can do with this car and have a little bit of "scratch" to put into this car. Should be fun and a headache at times im sure.
