SnapCracklePop
Some how along the way I managed to lose/throw away my spark plug cover screws. Does anybody know where I can get replacements or know the thread size? I work at a parts house and tried a few sizes. an M6x1.0 fits in the hole but the threads aren't right. and M8 is too large and m5 is too small. Ihatespeedbumps
Go to a junkyard and get some? Worst case call Southern Vo-Vo, I'm sure they'd send you some on the cheap.

Bah
I was looking into this topic recently... Is there any good upgrades to a better material? They feel like they are made out of the soft metal like that of the original thermostat bolts....and the heads of a few of mine have stripped from PO's not using anti-sieze... Or perhaps a way around a hex insert? any other options at all, i'm curious what others have done.
Keaton85
Or leave the cover off... I leave them off on the 99+ just to keep the coils slightly cooler and to be able to swap them out easier on the road. Sucks dropping a coil pack hours from home! Just an idea
