Obviously, a little late on the reply here but there is the annual Euro Meet each June in Ithaca that is organized by the Central NY chapter of VCOA - there is typically a huge Volvo turnout. I didn't make it this year because my friend was getting married in CT the same weekend. A meet in the Syracuse area would certainly be an option. I'll have to see when people would be interested and see if we can get something together. In other news, I've been working on taking this car apart, and it's been a slow process because I haven't really had a ton of time to dedicate to it. As of now, all the aftermarket stereo and all the associated wiring, trailer hitch/wiring, AEM gauges/A-pillar pod, OMP strut bar, XC roof rails/rain strips, Rally Armor mud flaps, and all but the driver's door panel have been removed. Basically, I've been removing as much as I can while leaving it driveable. Most of this stuff is still piled in the car because I'm pretty much out of space to store parts in my apartment. As a result, I'm currently working on making some more space before taking anything else off the car, which will resume this weekend.
