in my 2011a i can only change it in the advance tab, what version you running?

I checked a few cars today, and it appears that some years are done in the advanced tab like you said. The DRL on the '01 and '02 V70's that I checked were both turned off in the "programmed values" tab. I also checked an '05 V70 and I had to go to the "advanced tab" to find it, and turn them off....

VIDA 2011D is compatible with the latest WIN7 x64 x32 systems so I would recommend using that. No need for an older system.

Yeah, but not with any of the Win7 Home versions which was my problem.

DiCE is not "2011A";, that's probably just the version of VIDA that was packaged with your DiCE hardware.  I've not heard of problems of upgrading VIDA versions.  However, Volvo released a new firmware for DiCE for use with VIDA 2012B.  Not sure if this firmware works on the cloned hardware - I'm not going to try.  But I would think you shouldn't have any problems with a newer 2011 version.  If so, it's easy enough to revert back the software.

gothca thanks for the explanation. Although if only one version is compatible with Win7 64 then I wouldn't be able to revert if there was a compatibility problem. Since I have no experience with VIDA I have noob questions.
