It's either 300 miles South to Ontario, CA, or over 400 miles North to Salt Lake City, UT. They know this, and treat people like they came in on a cattle car. Frequent "scenes" in the service department. Heard advisor berating old woman because she couldn't "come up with" another 2600 for repairs. Woman in tears.
