'93 Dave Posted August 2, 2012 Report Posted August 2, 2012 i asked matt, but never got an answer...how much does this type of job cost? 2-3k ive seen if you get it installed but of course significant price drop if you do it yourself
DevolvR Posted August 2, 2012 Author Report Posted August 2, 2012 man i'm getting stupid ideas..... i asked matt, but never got an answer...how much does this type of job cost? Dave pretty much answered the question. $2K+ easily if this was a paid job, around $500-600 & 40 hours+ (depending on the skill level) to install yourself.
Mattphi Posted August 3, 2012 Report Posted August 3, 2012 Looks good! How much fun was the wrap? LOLOL. ^_^ ^_^
DevolvR Posted August 3, 2012 Author Report Posted August 3, 2012 Looks good! How much fun was the wrap? LOLOL. ^_^ LOLOL not too fun, my fingers are still numb from the install. I think they built up some calluses. But it's becoming more of a memory now as I'm spending more time looking at the car and moving on to other projects. I'm contemplating on Coilovers seriously now that people have found ways to cancel out the 4C error. I want to drop the car another 3/4-1 inch front and back, roll the rears and get new wheels.
Mattphi Posted August 3, 2012 Report Posted August 3, 2012 i asked matt, but never got an answer...how much does this type of job cost? I answered you in my thread! LOLOL not too fun, my fingers are still numb from the install. I think they built up some calluses. At least you had a while to finish it! Mine was done in 5 days. THEN I had to drive 8.5 hours the day after I finished. FML

DevolvR Posted December 2, 2012 Author Report Posted December 2, 2012 Last picture You're gonna hate that shifterknob when it gets really cold. haha, I got a little mitten that I modded to fit for that this in the winter. It would be cool if I could somehow match the interior with a leather piece with blue stitching that I could glove right over. Wishful thinking, wait.. what was that company that refinished and reupholstered steering wheels and such?
