The Big Tuna
It must be a regional thing for having hesitations hiring tatted people, cause in LA, majority of people are tatted, you wouldn't get far hiring if that was a stipulation. And I'd rather talk about this than seeing another pic of Ashley's blocked out vagina

magicaljake
insecurity issues bro? lol.. i ripped on you in a thread.. and you obsessed about it so hard you had to go through a couple years of threads to try to "get me back"
gilber33
You're making a HUGE generalization here. That's exactly what I was doing. Obviously tattoos aren't the only factor, but like you said, two completely identical people except one had tattoos and one didn't, I know who I would choose. I never said I would never ever hire someone with tattoos. 1
survolvo
You have 2 guys standing in front of you, one of which you have to hire and will represent you and your company. Guy 1 is clean cut, wears a suit, seems very ambitious and confident, and has a college education, but is covered with tats. Guy 2 is shaggy, unshaved, wears board shorts and a t-shirt, seems very complacent and unsure, and has a highschool diploma, but has no tats. Who gets the job? gilber33
Guy with the tattoos. Like I said before, two IDENTICAL people, one with no tats would. Now, don't go all optimus on me and think that I mean that people with tats are incapable of paying taxes and breeding, that's not what I'm saying. Unless I owned a surf shop in California, then the dope with no tats would get the job, since I don't speak hippy or longhair. 3

That's a poor generalization. I know plenty of surfers who are clean cut, redneck conservatives. Just sayin...
Fudge_Brownie
That's ok gabe, I'm sure a lot of places wouldn't hire a hipster either. But you obviously aren't concerned about that

Mesoam
since I don't speak hippy or longhair. What if the job seeker in question wore a plaid shirt, small framed glasses and had a PBR in hand?

Gabe I like you too much, don't be an idiot This whole thread is about generalizations and pure stereotypes, and the one that upsets you guys the most is the one about surfers. The most broad generalization in the world, and it offends. DUH NOT ALL SURFERS HAVE LONG HAIR AND ARE NAMED SPICOLI, Just like not all tattooed people are anarchists and thugs. What if the job seeker in question wore a plaid shirt, small framed glasses and had a PBR in hand? CEO.
