rzracer1 Posted September 2, 2012 Report Share Posted September 2, 2012 turbo won't spool like it used to Hello. This is my first time asking a question that has me stumped. I own a 91 780 that ran like a champ and it started to idle up without warning at times. Other times it is fine. While driving it the last time the turbo stop making boost and it felt like my brake booster died. Any ideas as to what it can be. Thanks for any assistance. Boglin Posted September 4, 2012 Report Share Posted September 4, 2012 Could be alot of things, check all boost lines for holes or deforming. Check that all vacuum lines are on. Check wastegate diaphram for pinholes or leaks. Check that wastegate is working either with vacuum tester or calibrate either way. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
