I use devils own parts on my car.

Gabe, do you even have room for a tank?

 Barely. I would probably use the windshield washer reservoir and just not have windshield washer fluid

kit (vexxen) - see what I did there

This guy ^

clever.

I'm so vexed that you didn't break 300 Gabe. ;)

Let me know if you need help on the search for greens. Know a source for cheap new ones.

Gabe... congrats on the numbers...

I would say you are at the 90-95% capacity of what the 19T can deliver.

The stock fuel pump should be able to handle greens running at 3.0bar (stock pressure), assuming you get your tune recalibrated for the extra flow (413cc in lieu of the ~350cc)...

Stock fuel pump as long as in in good condition should keep up no problem.

I only upgraded my stock fuel pump when I installed a 4.0 bar FPR, and that was to go hand in hand with my HRC 20G setup

I ran my 19T on an Upsolute Custom Tune with Greens on the stock fuel pump for over 1.5 years and had about 282whp and 360+wtq but this was at 20+psi

I would definetly tighten up the gap on your plugs, and ensure that you are running colder plugs than stock.

If you want a good deal on greens I have them, you pay $100 + shipping and they are yours...

I have owned them for over 2 years and they have less than 16,000 kms (10,000miles) on them.

Upsolute Tune is mentioned above is also available, and can be yours, oh for the same price as the injectors... so you get injectors and tune for $200 + you pay shipping...

doesn't get better than that, my loss your gain. I no longer have the Volvo, its not like I would have used either the injectors or the tune ever again, but now with no 850 its just not gonna happen. I would rather pass it onto the community, and could not pick a better guy to benefit from my loss...

Ooohh and the drama, God I miss VS.....

Don't let Kit Vexxed get under your skin, honestly he's not worth it.

Also as for water meth, I have some pretty strong opinions that don't agree with the going trend. I would probably never install water meth on my Volvo, and look at the numbers put down by my setup... I think if you use it as precaution than fine, but if you are using it as a bandaid to gain you more power, then what happens if the water meth system fails (ie: out of water/meth, pump failure, crack in line, etc...) all that timing and no more cool dense air, can lead to problems.

Good luck and congrats again on the numbers...

I agree the stock pump typically is enough but I have seen multiple times that an aging pump can not hold the pressure in the rail when doing continues pulls.

Regarding the WI, if you saw what we saw this weekend and the difference it possibly made, you may change your tune LOL. I'll let Darnell speak to that however. But with and with out, was a pretty significant difference. Like, ~60HP.

Thanks for the kind words. I won't go more than 20psi on that turbo and I think with more fuel it will get me over 300whp. Running that much boost and I was out of fuel. I'm sure beyond that there isn't much left, but if I can get there and hold it steady, I would really like to. It's just fun to run a turbo and make decent numbers on it when everyone says running this turbo is a horrible idea and you can't make a lot of power on it. I like that challenge.

And shooting you a PM regarding the greens...I'll take em. :)

And thanks for the advice!

Truth. Anyone in that room had their jaws on the floor from the comparison numbers of the before and after with MI. It was huge.

What's the source? I found some on eBay for $250 shipped for new ones.

That's about the best price you can get new unless you buy in bulk.

Gabe, I was joking about switching to ARD. I misinterpreted your comment on the 'hitting 20psi so fast' to mean that you did not intend it to reach that boost level. I recently bought a Greddy to try when my Apexi AVC-R dies again, which I'm confident it will - nothing but headaches with the reman head units from Apexi. I'm hoping the less-complex Greddy will not be difficult to setup.

Have you tried driving with a pressure gauge on the rail? it would easily show if you are losing pressure under extended WOT conditions. Not that the FP is a difficult job on FWD models.

 gotcha. The 20psi was completely intentional. 3rd gear loves 20psi though and it gets there quick.

I have not really enjoyed tuning my greddy. I will admit that when you get it dialed in, it holds boost strong. Just not the most user friendly.

I have not tried that. But for the cost of a walbro and for how "simple" it is on this car, I'm going to do one just for good measure.

Just make sure it's genuine from a authorized vendor - there seem to be many horror stories from bootleg copies.

I'm still on the stock (AWD) pump, so they can provide sufficient volume for over 400WHP, didn't think the FWD pump was that different...

I'm a fan of WI...

[shrug] But what do I know about performance? [/shrug]

After all, I drive an S80T6
