flyfishing3
i'm fine with people that are pro life, but thats an extreme view and i can not find any common ground on something like that. and again, who is he or any politician to pass their view on to me. Burn-E
Leaders lead Mike. At least that's the way it's supposed to be. Not leaders send out polls every 30 minutes to determine where the mind of the masses is and follow their lead. Bill Clinton forever changed the nature of Executive politics with his heavy reliance on poll data. Whether or not you agree with him, he's taking a stand. And I agree that's not a winning issue he's staking his reputation on.

Burn-E
I BELIEVE, there are things that require leadership much more than this settled, and ruled on many times topic. That's just because you're a godless misguided man who believes shooting 20 six year old kids is a massive crime against humanity while murdering 1 million + unborn children every year is totally acceptable public policy. Burn-E
It's a fireside chat examining the scientific and philosophical sides of rape. I don't know why any politician feels the need to touch that live wire.
flyfishing3
well personally, i feel we have the right to know where an any elected politician falls on any of these topics. if you have the ability to influence any law, we have the right to know how they will vote. Burn-E
Ach Zoning Boards and FEMA. What a nightmare. "the power which a multiple millionaire, who may be my neighbor and perhaps my employer, has over me is very much less than that which the smallest functionnaire possesses who wields the coercive power of the state on whose discretion it depends whether and how I am to be allowed to live or to work."
