T5BRICK
we're talking about the antenna setup on Volvo wagons. they don't have a mast antenna like the sedans, they have an antenna etched into the drivers side rear window. similar to the way a rear defrost is etched into the back window. Volvoson
has anyone found a solution to this yet?←This is the best I have done... It is incredibly ghetto fabbed Since my antenna would go up, but not retract (with the motor), I just put the antenna up all the way. I manually fed the antenna mast back into the motor slowly, while turning it back and forth. I left the top piece of the antenna sticking out, then pulled out the fuse for the power antenna (in the fuse box). I get great reception, so it works out well for me. It doesn't even look that bad
Guest Guest
I have used this Tune Trapper antenna and found that it offers fantastic AM and FM radio reception. The standard cord length is 6 feet, you may want to have them make you up one with a longer cord to avoid using any extension cables.http://www.ecshylites.com/page/page/761353.htm
