Issue there is, I can machine out lowers and uppers for rifles, but most do not have mills. However there are a ton of reloaders out there. If you regulated ammo, which I do like the idea of, you would have an insane blackmarket pop up.

That black market would give way to a new law enforcement agency.

AA= ammo agency.

i know jack crap about bullets, but i know the ones from china are terrible for reliability, consistency,

About as accurate as your statement that teflon makes bullets more dangerous to cops in anyway.

I still stick by, anything that happens now, will be a FEEL good type of reaction, until it happens again. Which it will. :-/

it's really not that complicated to make a bullet....even if it's poor quality, in a high powered assault weapon, just aim in the general direction and start firing, and I'm sure you'll hit your target.

KTW? Mike lots of companies coat rounds with teflon, or moly and still do. The "cop killer" bullets you mentioned were black talons. They are still sold. They just changed the name to Ranger SXT. As for their ability to punch armor they cannot. Any round from a hand gun that can, is ban by its nature via the Secret Service as a threat to the executive.

Based on Pras' statement, I'm going to assume no. Fully automatic is great for suppressing fire. It's good for getting a lot of bullets in the air in the general vicinity of your target. Your accuracy significantly deteriorates as the weapon pulls and pushes toward the sky from repeated fire. Those morons who did the bank heist in California obliterated cars around them but killed no one.

Mike, go read the article I pointed to earlier.
